Electronic waste recycling firm Attero aims to invest a sum of INR 300 Crores in order to increase the recycling capacity up to 11,000 metric tons per year by October 2022 from its current capacity of 1,000 metric tonnes per annum. The firm is also likely to strike a deal with Tesla for the supply of recycled products. Attero Recycling is currently in the process of setting up recycling plants for e-waste at 14 other locations. The company’s CEO Gupta had stated that they aim to increase the capacity to 3 lakh metric tonnes by the end of 2022.
