Sibros will provide safe OTA software and firmware updates for E-scooter Chetak. It will also provide vehicle-to-cloud data insights for all embedded sensors, EV battery analytics, and diagnostics. Sibro’s API-driven integration has linked its platform to back-end enterprise and dealer management systems. This will automate the software and data management procedures and also ensure future scalability. The E-scooter Chetak will be able to combine vehicle data and user commands from a common cloud command centre for OEM customer service. The myChetak Mobile application will also include theft and accident warnings, geofencing settings, trip statistics, service reminders, a digital key and OTA diagnostic troubleshooting.
